Upravo uz pomo\u0107 turbine uspeli smo da dobijemo ve\u0107u snagu motora bez pove\u0107anje zapremine motora. Sada imamo motore zapremine 1200, 1300, 1400, 1500 i 1600 cm3 sa snagom koja mo\u017ee da ide preko 150 ks a \u0161to je bez turbine bilo nezamislivo. \u010cesti problemi i visoka cena remonta turbine i reparacije turbine mo\u017ee uticati na na\u0161 ku\u0107ni bud\u017eet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">O principu rada turbine, na\u010dinu nastajanja pritiska turbine, delovima turbine i remontu i reparaciji turbine mo\u017eete se upoznati ako pro\u010ditate na\u0161e prethodne \u010dlanke koji su na slede\u0107im linkovima:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.deloviautomobila.rs\/auto-delovi\/sistem-za-napajanje-i-ubrizgavanje-goriva\/turbo-pogon-kod-motora-turbina-video-princip-rada\/\" rel=\"bookmark\">Turbo pogon kod motora (turbina \u2013 video) \u2013 princip rada<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.deloviautomobila.rs\/auto-delovi\/turbina\/reparacija-turbine-setovi-za-reparaciju\/\" rel=\"bookmark\">Reparacija turbine i setovi za reparaciju<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"jetpack-video-wrapper\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Princip rada turbine   3D model\" width=\"840\" height=\"473\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Fgqf0Dw1e1c?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">U ovom \u010dlanku te\u017ei\u0161te dajemo na \u201cpritisak turbine\u201d, problemima koji nastaju zbog lo\u0161eg pritiska bez obzira da li je pritisak turbine ni\u017ei ili vi\u0161i od potrebnog kao i o na\u010dinu pronalaska i otklanjanju neispravnosti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Prvi susret kada mo\u017eemo uo\u010diti ovu neispravnost je paljenje lampice \u201cCheck Engine\u201d na instrument tabli. \u017duta lampica koja nam ukazuje da motor ne funkcioni\u0161e u skladu sa zadatim parametrima ali da mo\u017eemo nastaviti vo\u017enju. Za neko odre\u0111eno vreme treba posetiti servis i utvrditi o kojoj gre\u0161ci nas upozorava lampica i neispravnost otkloniti.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\" align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Gre\u0161ke koje nam ukazuju na lo\u0161 pritisak turbine<\/span><\/h3>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #0a0a0a; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Gre\u0161ka lo\u0161 pritisak turbine i map senzora P0234, P0238, P0105, P0106, P0107&#8230;.. nam ukazuju da mo\u017eemo imati problem sa nekim delovima u sistemu turbine. Ovde namerno napominjem sistem turbine jer turbina nije samostalna za sebe ve\u0107 zavisi od nekih drugih delova motora.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #0a0a0a; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">U sistem funkcionisanja turbine ubrajam:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #0a0a0a; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">glavni ra\u010dunar ili ECU<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #0a0a0a; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">elektrovakumski ventil<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #0a0a0a; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">vakum pumpa<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #0a0a0a; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">creva vakuma koja dovode vakum do elektrovakumskog ventila i do vakumskog ventila<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #0a0a0a; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">vakumski ventil ili waste gate ili vestgejt<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #0a0a0a; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">izduvna grana<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #0a0a0a; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">crava usisnog vazduha<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #0a0a0a; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">interkuler<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #0a0a0a; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Funkcija navedenih delova je obja\u0161njena u gore navedenim \u010dlancima i na njima se ne\u0107u zadr\u017eavati.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h3 align=\"LEFT\"><\/h3>\n<h3 class=\"western\" align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Pritisak turbine<\/span><\/h3>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #0a0a0a; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Pritisak turbine, kada odstupa od zadatog mo\u017ee da bude nizak ili visok. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #0a0a0a; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Nizak pritisak turbine nam ukazuje na problem sa samom turbinom, lo\u0161em dihtovanju creva i cevi usisnog vazduha ili o zapu\u0161enosti nekog dela u sistemu usisnog vazduha. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #0a0a0a; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Visok pritisak turbine nam ukazuje na problem vakumskog sistema ili zaprljanosti promenljive geometrije odnosno klapne u zavisnosti od konstrukcije turbine. U vakumskom sistemu problem mo\u017ee biti u lo\u0161em radu vakum pumpe, nepravilnim radom elektrovakumskog ventila, dotrajalim ili odspojenim vakum crevima kao i lo\u0161em vakumskom ventilu odnosno vestgejtu.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"jetpack-video-wrapper\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Trzanje u vo\u017enji! Gre\u0161ka lo\u0161eg pritiska turbine i map senzora P0234, P0238, P0105\" width=\"840\" height=\"473\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/hOK9YhHHIfs?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<h3 class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Zbog \u010dega map senzor ukazuje na lo\u0161 pritisak turbine<\/span><\/h3>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #0a0a0a; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u010cesto ljudi koji sami rade oko svojih automobila pa \u010dak i automehani\u010dari i autoelektroni\u010dari po o\u010ditavanju gre\u0161ke P0105 ili P0106 ili P0107 odmah menjaju MAP senzor bez provere rada samog senzora i merenja pritiska u usisnom vodu.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #0a0a0a; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Upravo u preko 90% slu\u010dajeva, kada MAP senzor detektuje gre\u0161ku, on je ispravan. Tada nam ukazuje da pritisak u usisnoj grani nije u granicama koje su zabele\u017eene u memoriji ra\u010dunara. Odmah po detekciji odstupanja upali\u0107e se lampica CHECK ENGINE, tako\u0111e mo\u017ee do\u0107i do kratkog trzaja i prelaska u SAFE MOD. U sejf modu glavni ra\u010dunar ne\u0107e dozvoliti prelazak odre\u0111enog broja obrtaja u min, obi\u010dno je to 2000 do 3000 obr\/min. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #0a0a0a; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Ako prekinemo rad motora pa zatim ponovo startujemo motor, desi\u0107e se da se lampica ugasi i vrati nam se snaga motora. Tako\u0111e mo\u017ee se upaliti lampica ali motor nastavlja da radi bez problema. Opisanom paljenju lampice naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e prethodi kratkotrajno trzanje automobila koje se ose\u0107a u unutra\u0161njosti automobila. Gre\u0161ka se upravo javlja na nekim uzbrdicama kada nam je potrebna ve\u0107a snaga.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #0a0a0a; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Novi ra\u010dunari motora (ECU) imaju mogu\u0107nost prepoznavanja lo\u0161eg pritiska turbine koji se tako\u0111e odre\u0111uje MAP senzorom. Za razliku od navedenog prvog slu\u010daja u samoj memoriji ra\u010dunara imamo upisane vrednosti koje nam daju MAP senzor ali i IAT senzor i MAF senzor kada je problem u funkcionisanju turbine. Nije redak slu\u010daj da nam ra\u010dunar da podatak o lo\u0161em pritisku turbine ali i o lo\u0161em pritisku u usisnom vodu \u0161to je direktno povezano.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"jetpack-video-wrapper\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Brza provera ispravnosti turbine\" width=\"840\" height=\"473\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/zpK_tvNCxwA?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<h3 class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Na\u010din otklanjanja neispravnosti lo\u0161eg pritiska turbine<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Kod visokog pritiska turbine prvo \u0161to bi trebali da proverimo je da li vakum pumpa daje odgovaraju\u0107i pritisak vakuma. Tako\u0111e i da li taj isti pritisak dolazi do turbine. Ovo lako utvr\u0111ujemo manometrom koji nam preciznije pokazuje prisak do 1 bara ali u negativnom smeru.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Ako je lo\u0161 pritisak kod same vakum pumpe moramo zameniti ili remontovati vakum pumpu. U slu\u010daju da nam je lo\u0161 pritisak kod same turbine a pritisak vakum pumpe dobar, vr\u0161imo kontrolu creva vakuma i pravilnosti povezivanja creva na elektrovakumski ventil. U slu\u010daju da su nam oba pritiska ista a u potrebnom nivou (obi\u010dno je to pritisak od -0,3 bara) vr\u0161imo proveru elektrovakumskog ventila, ventila turbine ili vestgejta i vr\u0161imo \u010di\u0161\u0107enje same turbine i to u turbinskom kolu gde se nalazi ili promenljiva geometrija turbine (varijabila ili varijabilna geometrija) ili klapna turbine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Kod niskog pritiska vr\u0161imo proveru usisnog voda vazduha, po\u010dev od filtera vazduha preko creva, interkulera pa sve do usisne grane.
