potrosnja goriva bude sto je moguce manja. Neki tipovi automobila nikada ne trose gorivo ekonomicno zbog konstrukcije motora ili velike sopstvene tezine. Veci motori imaju obicno i vecu potrosnju goriva od manjih, a ukoliko je automobil tezi to je potrebna i veca snaga da ga pokrene. Sto je vise snage potrebno, to je veca i potrosnja goriva.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Nacin voznje takodje ima uticaja na potrosnju goriva. Ako imate obicaj da \u201eostro\u201c startujete, trosicete vise goriva jer naglo ubrzanje automobila zahteva i veci dovod goriva u motor. Potrosnja goriva raste i pri velikim brzinama. Medjutim, koliko god ogranicenja brzine na putevima bila nepopularna, cinjenica je da vecina automobilskih motora radi mnogo efikasnije pri brzini od 80 nego 100 kilometara na sat.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Pretpostavicemo da je rec o benzinskom automobilskom motoru iako mnogi automobili trose i dizel gorivo. Potreba za vazduhom i benzinom kod motora menja se zavisno od temperature, opterecenja motora (tezine koju mora da pokrece) i brzine. Izuzetno je tesko da sistem obezbedi optimainu smesu u svim radnim uslovima. Pre svega, sistem mora da proizvede smesu vazduha i benzina koja odlazi u motor i pali se pomocu sistema za paljenje. Paljenje mora da se dogodi u odredjenom trenutku da bi smesa sagorela u cilindru motora, pokrenula klipove i tako omogucila rad motora. Ta smesa se pretvara u finu maglu u karburatoru pre nego sto dospe u usisni vod motora i na kraju u komore za zagorevanje<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Na motorima sa sistemom za ubrizgavanje goriva dovod goriva se obavlja pomocu ubrizgaca goriva. Postoje dve osnovne vrste ubrizgavanja goriva: posredno ubrizgavanje kod koga se gorivo ubrizgava u usisni vod motora i neposredno ubrizgavanje gde se gorivo ubrizgava u svaki cilindar iz ubrizgaca smestenih direktno na usisnom vodu. Bez obzira na vrstu ubrizgavanja, ubrizgac goriva rasprsuje maglu goriva u usisni vod gde se mesa sa vazduhom i formira odgovarajucu smesu vazduha i goriva.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Sto se tice pojma \u201esmesa\u201c, mozda ste culi da dobra smesa vazduha i goriva treba da bude u odnosu od oko 15:1. odnosno 15 delova vazduha na 1 deo benzina. Ovo utice na rad motora na vise nacina: ubrzanje motora je slabo, razvija se nesto visa temperatura od normalne, radi grubo na praznom hodu i ne radi dobra pri velikim brzinama.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Ako je smesa bogata, znaci da proporcionalno ima vise benzina. U tom slucaju motor trosi suvise goriva, ima tendenciju da se gusi pri malim brzinama i cesto iz izduvne cevi izlazi dim tamne boje.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Imajuci ovo objasnjenje u vidu, podsetimo se da je hladnom motoru (kada nije dostigao radnu temperamru) potrebna bogata smesa da bi radio na zadovoljavajuci nacin. Medjutim, kada se zagreje, motor moze da radi i sa nesto slabijom smesom. Da bi se zadovoljili ovako razliciti zahtevi da bi se postigao efikasan rad i ekonomicna potrosnja goriva, u karburatore se ugradjuje slozen sistem dizni, ventila, komandi i drugih uredjaja.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Dok gorivo, sa jedne strane, struji iz rezervaara za gorivo kroz cevovod za gorivo, pumpu za gorivo i precistac za gorivo do karburatora ili ubrizgaca goriva, u sistem se sa druge strane dovodi vazduh. Ovaj vazduh ulazi kroz kuciste precistaca za vazduh.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Kuciste precistaca za vazduh moze da ima okrugli ili pravougaoni oblik, a smesteno je sa suprotne strane karburatora, ili iza njega, ili uz leptir karburatora. Na sistemima sa ubrizgavanjem goriva kroz vise otvora, abicno je smesten ispred prostora za motor, a jedan veliki kanal spaja ga sa usisnim vodom.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Ukupna kolicna vazduha koja ulazi u motor prolazi prvo kroz precistac za vazduh koji se nalazi u kucistu precistaca za vazduh. Ovaj precistac uklanja delice prasine i prljavstine iz vazduha da ne bi dospeli u karburator i izazvali preterano habanje i ostecenje motora.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Posto vazduh prodje kroz precistac i udje u karburator, mesa se sa mlazom benzina koji se ubrizgava u karburator. Ova smesa se pretvara u maglu slicnu onoj koju proizvode rasprsivaci. Ovako formirana smesa vazduha i benzina prolazi kroz usisni vod i sagoreva u cilindrima motora.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Na motorima sa sistemom za neposredno ubrizgavanje goriva, vazduh prolazi kroz precistac, a zatim kroz uredjaj koji odmerava kolicinu vazduha koja ulazi u motor (detektor protoka vazduha). Gorivo se ne mesa sa vazduhom sve dok ne stigne do usisnog voda. Na tom mestu, ubrizgac ubrizgava gorivo u usisni vod, a mesavina vazduha i goriva odlazi u cilindar gde sagoreva.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Jedno treba uvek imati u vidu: prljavstina je najveci neprijatelj sistema za dovod goriva. Ako se ovo dogodi, benzin koji struji kroz sistem nosice sa sobom prljavstinu i zaprljace sistem. Zbog toga se i koriste precistaci za gorivo<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Jednostavno rutinsko odrzavanje moze da spreci vecinu problema u vezi sa sistemom za dovod goriva. Zamena precistaca za vazduh i gorivo u preporuceno vreme ili po potrebi predstavlja prvi korak u odrzavanju sistema za dovod goriva. Pomeranjem klipa prema GMT gorivo ispunjava cilindar i kada klip stigne u krajnji polozaj, zavrsava se usisavanje. Kada klip promeni smer, pocinje potiskivanje goriva u cilindar, sto uslovljava zatvaranje usisnog (8) a otvaranje potisnog (9) ventila, cime se realizuje potiskivanje goriva. Pomeranjem klipa prema gornjem polozaju stvara se potpritisak, koji uslovljava otvaranje usisnog ventila (9), odnosno dolazak goriva u cilindar. Kada klip stigne u krajnji polozaj, zavrsava se usisavanje goriva. Pritiskom na rucicu (11) dolazi do pomeranje klipa, a time i potiskivanje goriva. Gorivo se sada krece pod pritiskom, uslovljavajuci zatvaranje usisnog ventila, a otvaranje potisnog. Postoje dve vrste pumpi:<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">&#8211; linijske<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">&#8211; rotacione<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Linijske pumpe se cesce primenjuju dok se rotacione primenjuju tek u poslednje vreme.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Na slici 42. prikazana je linijska pumpa visokog pritiska namenjena za sestocilindricni motor, koji se sastoji od:<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">&#8211; tela (spoljni deo)<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">&#8211; centrifugalnog regulatora<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">&#8211; brezuljkastog vratila<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">&#8211; dizel-elemenata (klip i kosuljica cilindra)<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">&#8211; zupcaste pumpe<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">&#8211; cevi visokog pritiska<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Centrifugalni regulator ima zadatak da obezbedi normalan rezim rada motora, na taj nacin sto se pomocu njega, posredno,<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">regulise broj motora. Prema rezimu rada, moze biti: jednorezimski, dvorezimski i viserezimski.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Na slici 42 moze se videti da centrifugalni regulator (5) nalazi na jednom kraju bregastog vratila (1) i da je preko poluga spojen sa zupcastom letvom (11).<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Kada motor postigne maksimalan broj obrtaja, tada se se tegovi centrifugalnog regulatora, pod dejstvom centrifugalne sile, rasiriti i preko poluge (8) izvrsice se zakretanje klipa u dizel-elementu za odredjen broj stepeni. Zahvaljujuci ovom zakretanju, smanjuje se kolicina goriva koja se ubrizgava. Na taj nacin se automatski broj obrtaja motora svodi u dozvoljene granice.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Prema principu rada regulatora, postoje dva konstruktivna resenja: centrifugalni i pneumatski. Pneumatski se uglavnom, ugradjuje na manje motore namenjene za putnicka vozila i traktore.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><b>RAD PUMPE<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Za vreme okretanja bregastog vratila motora, preko odgovarajuce prirubnice, uslovljeno je obrtanje i bregastog vratila pumpe (1). Zbog okretanja bregastog vratila pumpe dolazi do pomeranja podizaca (2), a podizaca (2), a podizac deluje na klip elementa (23), primoravajuci ga da se krece pravolinijski, u cilindru (22) prema GMT. Pomeranjem klipa pravolinijski, u cilindru se potiskuje (prethodno usisano) gorivo, koje vrsi pritisak na propusni ventil (13), ventil se otvara i gorivo pod pritiskom odlazi u cev visokog pritiska (14). S obzirom na to da se gorivo nalazi pod odgovarajucim pritiskom, ono dolazi u brizgaljku (33) i kroz odgovarajuci otvor, odnosno otvore, gorivo se ubrizgava u prostor za sagorevanje. Ukoliko u brizgaljku dospe veca kolicina goriva, ona se vraca preko cevi (35). Moze se videti da se klip dizel elementa (23) u cilindar (22) krece pravoliniski (gore &#8211; dole), a istovremeno se krece i kruzno za odredjen ugao. Kod ove konstrukcije elementa na klipu postoje tri vrste kanala: radijalni (E), kosi ( D ) i vertikalni ( C ). Radijalni i vertikalni su spojeni pomocu kosog kanala. U zavisnosti od polozaja ovih kanala prema otvorima u cilindru (A) i ( B ), zavisise koja ce kolicina goriva biti ubrizgana u datom trenutku.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Funkcionisanje dizel elementa je na sl. 45 prikazano sukcesivno, pozicijama a, b , c , d .<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">a ) K ada se klip (23) pomera u cilindru (22) prema DMT, u cilindar ulazi gorivo na otvor (A), kako je strelicom prikazano, i popunjava ceo prostor iznad klipa, sve do propusnog ventila (13).<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">b ) Pod dejstvom brega bregastog vratila, preko podizaca, vrsi se pomeranje klipa prema GMT i klip kretanjem zatvara otvore (A) i ( B ), tako da se gorivo sada nalazi u zatvorenom prostoru. Daljim kretanjem klipa gorivo se potiskuje, a pritisak povecava i zahvaljujuci tome, gorivo vrsi pritisak na propusni ventil, koji se otvara i omogucava odlazak goriva u cevi visokog pritiska (sl. 42 pod 14), do brizgaljke (33), pomocu koje se vrsi ubrizgavanje goriva u prostor za sagorevanje. Na slici 45 vidi se da se vartikalni kanal (S) nalazi neposredno do otvora (A), ali sa njim nije u vezi. Sa ovakvim polozajem klipa u odnosu na otvore A i V obezbedjuje se ubrizgavanje maksimalne kolicine goriva.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Po analogiji prethodnog objasnjenja, daljim zakretanjem klipa smanjuje se kolicina ubrizganog goriva. Pod s) prikazano je delimicno ubrizgavanje, a pod d) ne postoji ubrizgavanje, jer je kosi, odnosno vertikalni kanal u vezi sa otvorom (V) i gorivo izlazi van dizel elementa, kao sto je strelicom prikazano.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Zakretanje klipa vrsi se pomocu tuljka (sl. 44-10) koji je jednim krajem u vezi sa delom klipnjace (sl. 45F), a drugi kraj je u vezi sa zupcastim segmentom. Zupcasti segment je u vezi sa nazubljenom letvom (11), koja je u vezi sa komandom za gas.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Na slici 44 pod 13 prikazan je detalj propusnog ventila sa oprugom. Propusni ventil ima zadatak da obezbedi zatvaranje cilindra sa gornje strane i da takvo stanje odrzi sve dotle dok pritisak u potisnom vodu ne bude veci od napona opruge &#8211; postavljene sa gornje strane ventila. Propusni ventil otvara se pod dejstvom goriva, koje se krece pod pritiskom.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><b>BRIZGALJKA<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"background: white; text-align: justify;\"><b><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-Z1wy41p1CjY\/VX8vOloPMRI\/AAAAAAAAAIc\/4QfOTkU-BWU\/s1600\/22.png\" data-blogger-escaped-style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-Z1wy41p1CjY\/VX8vOloPMRI\/AAAAAAAAAIc\/4QfOTkU-BWU\/s400\/22.png?resize=207%2C400&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"207\" height=\"400\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<div style=\"background: white; text-align: center;\" align=\"center\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Brizgaljka ima zadatak da obezbedi ubrizgavanje u prostor za sagorevanje. Prikazana je na slici 46. Konstruktivno resenje brizgaljke uskladjeno je sa konstrukcijom motora, odnosno oblikom prostora za sagorevanje. Brzina i nacin ubrizgavanja goriva kod dizel motora zavise od konstruktivnog oblika brizgaljke i brega u pumpi.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Zazor izmedju klipa i cilindra dizel elementa veoma je mali i iznosi 0,001-0,003 mm, a zazor izmedju klipa i igle brizgaljke je istog reda i velicine kao i kod dizel elementa.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Karakteristika brizgaljki namenjenih za motore sa direktnim ubrizgavanjem je u tome sto se pomocu njih vrsi ubrizgavanje goriva pod vecim pritiskom, koji iznosi 150-250 bara.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Pumpa visokog pritiska salje gorivo pod odredjenim pritiskom koji dalje vrsi pritisak na iglu brizgaljke (5), podize i na taj nacin realizuje se ubrizgavanje goriva. Da bi se ovo ostvarulo, pritisak pod kojim dolazi gorivo mora biti veci nego sto je sila zavojne opruge (2), koja vrsi pritisak na iglu.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Pored navedene brizgaljke postoje razna druga konstruktivna resenja, koja zavise od konstrukcije motora.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Kod motora sa direktnim ubrizgavanjem goriva za dizel motore ubrizgava se direktno u prostor za sagorevanje.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Kod motora sa indirektnim ubrizgavanjem, gorivo se ubrizgava u za to odredjenu pretkomoru, koja je spojena sa komorom za sagorevanje.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Pritisak ubrizgavanja goriva za dizel motor zavisi od konstrukcije motora, ali je pravilo da pritisak pod kojim se ubrizgava gorivo mora biti znatno veci od pritiska u cilindru.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Kod motora sa podeljenim prostorom za sagorevanje gorivo se ubrizgava pod znatno nicim pritiskom, koji se krece u granicama od 80 do 150 bara . Kod motora sa direktnim ubrizgavanjem gorivo se ubrizgava pod pritiskom od oko 250 bara .<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Sto je veci stepen kompresije kod dizel motora to se vazduh za vreme takta sabijanja zagreva na visu temperaturu. Tako npr, pri stepenu kompresije 14:1 vazduh se zagrejava na temperaturi od oko 800oS &#8211; 900oS .<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Pretkomorni motori imaju elektricne grejace, pomocu kojih se zagreva vazduh, radi brzeg i boljeg samozapaljenja radne smese.
